"Has invested in 'updating' its employees" sounds too lackluster, given the vivid verb used in the Spanish.
But 'revitalizing' doesn't seem to be the right word here.

: Agreed. based on my understanding that it's not that colleagues/stakeholders/employees were disinterested or drifting away, but rather that new activities were taken up on their part where there hadn't been any action before.
