If the Reserved Goods II are processed with other items which do not belong to PRINCIPAL, CONTRACT MANUFACTURER will acquire pro-rata co-title in the new item commensurate with the ratio of the value of the Reserved Goods II supplied to that of the other processed items at the time of processing.
