Hi all :)
I came across the abbreviation "pp conservado" in the EXPLORACIÓN section of a medical report. The patient has cataracts and their eyes are being examined:
"av sc od 1/8 ce 1/4 y oi 1/8 ce 1/6 pio 18/18 bmc gerontoxon tenue ao, bpca, hialinosis del esfínter pupilar, cataractas cn ao; oi cataracta cn2 m2-3 psxfo pp conservado ao con aleración difusa epr"
I'm not really sure what it could be in this particular context. I'd be grateful for any suggestions.
Many thanks,
Nisah

Thanks Tom. I am not sure here what is the common English term to convey "conservado". "Preserved" is used in many translations but I do not think this term is used in English in this context.

By the way, conservado literally conveys the idea of "unaffected".
