neutral Eliza Hall : The meaninglessness Daryo mentioned is in the original EN, so ok in FR (the terms are capitalized, so presumably defined elsewhere in the contract). But I parse this as an outstanding application for a RTB or RTA contract (note it's OR, not AND).
