I'm not finding anything conclusive for this. And I'm not convinced by the existing two wine-related entries in Proz, which are to do with sweetness, seeing as the attack (entrada) is already "dulce".
"Aroma a frutas rojas, con entrada golosa y dulce..... El final es muy goloso y placentero."
