the individual within the larger group Explanation: It seems best to spell out what "Ich" and "Euch" stands for. Even in German, this "Ich" and "Euch" stuff sounds a little odd.. "Any change is predicated on readiness to change "oneself" or "something". In order to make change as pleasant as possible for each "individual" within the "larger group", the project team, as advocate for the "individual", will try to the best of its ability to put into action the collective and at times diverging ideas of the company and its employees." |
