French term (edited):
Salomon n'était pas ....tré tré charlie
King J. Solomon was not .. like real Charlie Hebdo assassination material
It's anyone's guess what substance the hibou-chouette-Salomon Twitterer is on (see Cyril T's thread), but it is unlikely to be a colloquial expression since my vachement chouette days of the Swinging Sixties, rather a swipe at Jérôme Salomon-.

: "Etre Charlie" went from meaning standing with Charlie Hebdo, to being a supporter of freedom of expression, to (potentially, sarcastically) being "right-on". Nothing about being assassination material!

We Are Not All Charlie - The Atlanticwww.theatlantic.com › international › archive › 2015/01
8 Jan 2015 - Certainly much of journalism is not Charlie. Any outlet that censors Charlie Hebdo cartoons out of fear of Islamist reprisal is not Charlie.

être Charlie = support freedom of speech and freedom of the press
By extension, "ne pas être très charlie" would mean someone is NOT a strong supporter of freedom of speech and freedom of the press.
The strongest connection I can see between Jérôme Salomon and this reference to free press would be his "volte-face sur le port du masque" in France and the inquiry into why there was a change in the information given to the public during lockdown.

"Did you know Salomon was not a strong supporter of freedom of the press?"
It also might just be gobbledy-gook nonsense created by a chat-bot.

Sorry, I don't have any more context - it's just a random phrase I'm translating!
Without more context, I thought it was a reference to Charlie Hebdo as Cyril explains.
