English term

Law birth weight

English to Spanish Medical Medical: Pharmaceuticals
Hello, everyone. I am translating a clinical efficacy summary and have this term in the acronyms at the beginning, it does not reappear in the text so I cannot provide any more context. Does anyone know what this is? I also have Law birth length, I guess the reasoning is the same for both.
Proposed translations (Spanish)

I agree with Chema, Neil. Your comment was not pedant at all. It's always useful and interesting to learn new things!
Chema Nieto Castañón Dec 18, 2020:
Hi Neil,
I thought that typo referred not just to slip-of-the-"finger" spelling errors but also to slip-of-the-tongue-like spelling errors (like law versus low). Or so I think; you tell me.

And by the way, is it really pedantry when a comment is appropriate, interesting and welcomed? For yours is all ;)
María C Turri (asker) Dec 18, 2020:
Thank you all so much! Have a nice weekend!
Neil Ashby Dec 18, 2020:
Strictly speaking, it's not really a typo as "o" and "a" are on opposite sides of a qwerty keyboard, so it's probably an OCR conversion error. Pedant to the end ;@)
Chema Nieto Castañón Dec 18, 2020:
Definitely a typo, María.
Cheers!
María C Turri (asker) Dec 18, 2020:
Thanks, Taña! I did some research and it appears quite a lot written like that, but it always seems to refer to low birth weight indeed, so it must be a common typo.
Taña Dalglish Dec 18, 2020:
Error in file: "Low birth weight" is a term used to describe babies who are born weighing less than 5 pounds, 8 ounces (2,500 grams), not "law".

Dear Maria, yes, I think so ;)
Note from asker:
Do you think this is a typo in the original file? I have "law" not "low"...
