C'est ce que je dirais ici. Simplicité, concision et terminologie du travail. Seul bémol : ça renvoie à vacancy plutôt qu'à replacement, mais qchose me dit que ça n'a pas d'importance ici ; le sens prime dans ce genre de liste.

: that's not what the ST says. To "replace" someone, you first have to have s.o. who left an already existing post - what about "posts" that were NEVER previously filled in the first place? THAT would be "filling a post" BUT NOT a "replacement"!
