Solo una proposta di resa. Trattandosi di strutture di ricovero, penso che ci si possa spingere ad usare questo termine. In realtà il primo sarebbe un ricovero predisposto per dare "sollievo", "sostegno" alle famiglie caregiver, almeno per un po' di tempo.
