Estoy traduciendo un informe médico manuscrito casi ilegible. Se trata de una paciente anciana que fue llevada a consulta por presentar una herida anfractuosa frontal. El título del informe es "Informe médico egreso neurocirugía".

"TAC de cráneo con ventana ósea. No Fxs. No colecciones hemáticas agudas [?] o crónicas [?] inter y/o extracraneales [¿?]
Paciente en la actualidad **sin criterio de hospitalización por neurocirugía**
Idx: TCE frontal con herida anfractuosa"

[?] indica que no se logra leer en el original y que fue casi adivinado por contexto y los otros términos que se leen con un poquito menos de dificultad.
TCE = traumatismo craneocerebral

Me imagino que la expresión quiere decir que ya no hace falta que esté hospitalizada y que se le da de alta (por el título del informe).

Se me ocurre algo como "does not need further hospitalization" o "does not need to be in the hospital anymore". ¿Cómo lo dirían ustedes?
