Interview mit einem forensischen Psychiater

Also die meisten Vergewaltiger vergewaltigen einmal in ihrem Leben. Also mehr als 50 % immerhin. Aber Vergewaltigung hat eine höhere Rezidivrate wie Mord und Totschlag, aber ich sage Ihnen mal, wie sie wirklich ist, sie hat eine Rückfallrate von ungefähr 10 % innerhalb von 5 Jahren. Aber das sind die verurteilen Vergewaltiger, ich kann nicht sagen, was im Dunkelfeld passiert. Aber immerhin, das was man weiß im Hellfeld.

I know dark field and bright field exist in English, but would that sound ok in this context?
Trying to be as close as possible to the original as it's for subtitling or dubbing.

English translation:above the radar
Explanation:
In this case, I might be inclined to contrast what one sees "above the radar" (Hellfeld) with all that is "under the radar" (Dunkelfeld).

documented/known cases

Explanation:
This is what I would choose in this context to get away from the literal translation, which I consider to be quite unusual in this case.

agree  Steffen Walter: Good idea for a more colloquial version, although I'd prefer "on the radar" for the "Hellfeld". / "Aber immerhin, das was man weiß im Hellfeld." - "But that's at least what we (can) see on the radar."

-> Thanks for your agreement. I do think a colloquial expression would be appropriate in this context.
