Biennale Projects
It is a document that lists the projects that were chosen for the Biennale and explains, in detail, the arguments as to why they were chosen.
I'm going to go for a simple "Verdict Letter". Any other suggestions?

I don't think "verdict letter" works.

Biennale's verdict/
A verdict is also any judgment or opinion given after considering the facts of a situation:
Source: The Cambridge Dictionary
Acta Veredicto is about decisions made by the Biennale. Those decisions relate to the selection of architecture projects.

: Possessive to "Biennale" is very unnatural English, and "verdict" is a word usually associated with criminal trials and effectively a false friend in THIS context

(Notification of) Project Decision(s)
Similar to 'award decisions' in the context of grants, but here (Notification of) "Project Decisions" may suffice, e.g., "In its Notification of Project Decisions, XXXX announced its selection, while basing its decision ..."
As mentioned, we'd likely see 'award decisions' used in other contexts, as seen below.
general RFP - Northeastern States Research Cooperative
Jan 22, 2021 — April 1, 2021: **Notification of project award decisions**. ○ May 1, 2021: Funding committed (90 day pre-award spending allowed).

And I agree with Phil and others who have said 'verdict' just doesn't work here.

A quick follow-up on 'verdict':
It just doesn't sound very natural in English. It's really a question of usage. In the US, 'verdict' is almost always seen in legal contexts, and comes-off as a bit forced in the context of bids or applications for grants, contracts, or awards.
Espero que le sirva, y saludos desde Vietnam :-)

: This would work if the document is in the form of a notification. but we don't know that. so maybe "project decisions list" would be better

Or, as suggested, "project decisions," as it's much more than a 'list' (as mentioned). // Notice or notification, only in the sense that it notifies the public about the results, announcing the org's choices and giving its reasoning behind its decisions.

document of verdict
I suppose it depends on the level of formality, as the verdict could be in a letter, but if it's registered then it's probably more official, in the form of a document on record.
ESP: Depende del nivel de formalidad, puesto que el veredicto podría figurarse en una carta, pero si está registrado, es más oficial probablemente, en la forma de un documento registrado.
