PERU. This appears in a list issued by the tax authority SUNAT. Obviously the literal meaning is "Transport of Goods overland/Land Transport of goods", but I thought there might be a more snappy version out there somewhere. What is puzzling is that there doesn't seem to be any official or quasi-official translation into English of these things available already.

This is what I ended up using, after ruling out the literal version as too long. Whether it includes rail freight in Peru or not is an interesting point to bear in mind, although so far I haven't seen any specific references to rail transport. Thanks again to everyone for the comments, I really appreciate the feedback.

Copia legible de la Tarjeta de Identificación Vehicular de cada vehículo ofertado, y de corresponder, copia del contrato de arrendamiento financiero u operativo (fideicomiso) elevado a Escritura Pública.
Copia legible de Certificado SOAT vigente de cada vehículo.
Copia legible del Certificado de Inspección Técnica Vehicular vigente.
