Respecto de la exigencia de que la empresa productora local asuma la contratación y pago de los servicios, señala que en la práctica ocurre que las productoras (como pagadores de la renta al exterior) desconocen todos los aspectos de la contratación y pago de los servicios, y no pueden exigir documentarlos a dichos terceros en el exterior, menos cuando en las giras de los artistas se produce un “prorrateo de gastos a reembolsar” por diversas productoras de eventos en los distintos países en que actúa el artista. Afirma que para resolver esta dificultad, se acepta en el medio un monto definido y determinado en forma previa en los contratos, y que el productor chileno lo acepta por adhesión, determinando su razonabilidad de acuerdo a reglas de costumbre existentes en el mercado.

I don't know if this means the producer is "signing on" to the contract to accept the amount? I don't think it refers to a separate adhesion contract, but I'm not sure how to phrase this. Many thanks in advance.
