Unless a typo by a brain addled in the Central American heat e.g. for suscripción, '....de los sitios de XXX Limited... ' suggests figuratively rounding up or 'press-ganging' the portfolios into a central, captive portfolio-management co., much like a captive insurance company serving all group companies.

Whether this is a cv of one individual or otherwise, lever/ag/ing, so borrowing portfolio securities,, doesn't seem to lie within the investment parameters of the 'conscription'.
