Ortskrankenkasse > DEU Local Health Insurance Fund > DEU Explanation: I'd gravitate towards Local Health Ins. Fund for German consumption for two principal reasons: 1. local is confirmed as EU-fähig so fit and resilient by IATE and 2. regional could cause a mix-up with Gebietskrankenkasse in Austria - cut to WGKK > Wiener Gebietskrankenkasse of which I am a member: it's not an Ortskrankenkasse.
