Lease liabilities include the net present value of the following lease payments:

Strafzahlungen für die Kündigung des Leasingverhältnisses, wenn ***aus*** der Laufzeit des Leasingverhältnisses ***die Ausübung der Option durch den Konzern hervorgeht***.

Ich denke hier insbesondere aufgrund des Schwierigkeitsgrades der Stelle auch über eine bewusste Verwörtlichung nach, "wenn die Laufzeit des Leasingverhältnisses die Ausübung der Option widerspiegelt.", um keine inhaltlichen Fehler einzubringen.
