This is a power of attorney and this section deals with the Attorney's authority to act on behalf of the Principal/ Grantor... so it goes on to say whatever is deemed useful, necessary or convenient and then it changes the word order... but if we put it back to the standard word order is e che la parte mandante protrebbe far se presente... so it means whatever the Principal/Grantor could do / would be able to do if present....
