En estatutos de una ONG (Perú).

El Director Ejecutivo, conjuntamente con el Subdirector Ejecutivo, podrá:
- Prestar aval y otorgar fianza a nombre de la Asociación, a favor de terceros; así como constituir prenda o gravar de cualquier forma los bienes muebles de la Asociación, pudiendo afectar cuentas, depósitos, títulos valores o valores mobiliarios en garantía, inclusive en fideicomiso en garantía; **otorgar fideicomiso en titulizacion** y las adendas que requiera; celebrar contratos de crédito en general, ya sea crédito en cuenta corriente, crédito documentario, préstamos, mutuos, advance account y otros; así como ceder derechos y créditos.

Es un patrimonio autónomo creado por una persona (Fideicomitente), al cual se transfiere activos con la finalidad que respalden determinadas obligaciones a favor de un tercero (Fideicomisario). Las obligaciones respaldadas puedes ser propias o emitidas por terceros.

Artículo 10 ° ACTO CONSTITUTIVO DEL FIDEICOMISO

El acto constitutivo del fideicomiso de titulización es aquel contrato entre el o los fideicomitentes y el o los fiduciarios, o el acto unilateral de la sociedad titulizadora, celebrado con el objeto señalado en el artículo 301 de la Ley.
A dicho acto constitutivo se adhiere el o los inversionistas al suscribir o adquirir los valores que se emitan con respaldo en el patrimonio fideicometido, obteniendo al mismo tiempo la calidad de fideicomisario.

El equivalente para "titulación" que he encontrado es "securitization". Pero no estoy segura si es lo mismo que **fideicomiso de titulización**. Quizá, ¿securitization trust?

securitisation trustee (sociedad titulizadora) or (ii) a special purpose company (sociedad
de propósito especial). The first structure (securitisation trust) is the most commonly
used type of securitisation in Peru, as there has been very little experience of using a
special purpose company in a securitisation transaction.
