French term or phrase: Lanterne de barbotage
Hi everyone. This term is in a document describing a device used on brewing tanks during fermentation. Or also mentions a « bon donneur » which i suppose is a bunging valve, is it the same thing or woukd there be a more specific term?
Thank you!

deaeration lantern // dearation column

Explanation:
The Deaeration Lantern safely transfers beverage from cellar to filter, or BBT to filling line and removes air automatically. Flowing through the lantern, air bubbles are released from beer and vented out by pneumatic valve. Whe the connected tank slowly becomes empty, the beer flow is automatically reduced and air pickup is minimized.

Deaeration is the process of removing dissolved oxygen (DO) from water. There are many methods to deaerate water.

Here it's referred to as a deaerating column:

Fermentation lock

Explanation:
"Barboteur

"Fermentation Lock A one-way valve, often made of glass or plastic that is fitted onto a fermenter and allows carbon dioxide gas to escape from the fermenter while excluding ambient wild yeasts, bacteria and contaminants."

Example in an industrial setting

If this is attached to the fermentation chamber during the fermentation as you say, then I think that this would be a possible answer. However, you do get them elsewhere in the process where you might simply call them air locks eg
"Les lanternes de barbotage sont utilisées pour séparer les bulles d’air afin d’éviter les pannes des filtres ou des instruments de mesure"

Spanding valve or Spanding can

Explanation:
https://www.precisionfermentation.com/blog/natural-beer-carb...
By using a simple spunding valve, you can naturally carbonate your lagers and ales without worrying about building dangerously high pressure.
In order to either speed up production, maintain a natural process, achieve a certain mouthfeel, follow their interpretation of Reinheitsgebot or simply spend less money buying carbon dioxide gas (CO2), some brewers opt to naturally carbonate their beer before packaging. This differs from America’s much more common “forced carbonation” method of forcing the proper amount of purchased or self-collected CO2 into the beer.

Apologize for the spelling error which is in the title: SPUNDING VALVE OR SPUNDING CAN

Spunding Beer During Fermentation
Today I want to talk about spunding beer during fermentation. Reason being; it’s discussed amongst brewers regularly online. Especially when lagers are the topic of discussion…

So, What Is Spunding?
Spunding is the method where brewers “naturally” carbonate their beers. A device called a spunding valve (pictured below) is attached to your tank. A spunding valve allows a brewer to set the head pressure of a fermentation vessel to predetermined level.

When you ferment a beer; CO2 is created as part of the process. Now, some of the CO2 in the head space is absorbed by the wort/beer. Whilst some escapes out of the spunding valve.
