discharge printing Explanation: "Estampado por corrosión Se trata siempre sobre telas teñidas en pieza, en donde el diseño se logra por eliminación de ese color tintado previamente. Por tal razón, es recomendable para fondos de color oscuro. El primer paso es eliminar el color tintado en la parte que ocupará el diseño, impregnando de material corrosivo el propio diseño; si en esa parte se ha de estampar nuevo color podrá hacerse a la vez que la primera fase, con tal que el color nuevo sea tal que soporte el material corrosivo de descarga, propiedad que depende de sus componentes químicos.
