have been pulled through cable conduits made of concrete segments
Explanation:
[Najvećim delom ovi kablovi] uvučeni su u kablovsku kanalizaciju od ... betonskih blokovica.
=
[...] have been pulled through cable conduits made of ... concrete segments

"concrete segments" is for sure not an "all purpose" translation that would be used in a catalogue, but for the purpose of this text it's "good enough", especially combined with the other part of the sentence specifying that these "concrete segments " have been assembled to made a cable conduit.

otherwise

"concrete segments for underground conduits"

would a fairly accurate stand-alone description for these blocs of concrete.

As they repairing an existing installation "betonske blokovice" would most likely look like this:

[cable conduits made of] 1 meter long concrete segments with (usually) 4 passages of 100 mm in diameter

Theses concrete elements have a rectagonal profile about 500-600 mm wide by about 140-180 mm, and when assembled in a line they make for (usually) 4 separate parallel conduits of 100 mm in diameter, mostly used for electrical cables.

I can't find any picture of these - it's quite old technology, that was used a lot 20 -30 - 40 years ago all over Belgrade. Plastic seems to be more in use today.

"Najvećim delom ovi kablovi uvučeni su u kablovsku kanalizaciju od PVC cevi ili betonskih blokovica."

Very often only one or two of these 4 parallel underground conduits were used initially, so these more recent telecom cables were probably installed in "spares" left in some pretty old underground conduits made of these concrete segments.

These are underground "conduits" for cables that are laid in dug trenches, and used to pull al sorts of cables through them (electricity, phone lines, cable tv etc) before the trench is filled back.

They might look the same as "conduits" sometimes, but "pipes" are for liquids and gases, NOT for cables of any kind.

Underground cable is placed into ducts which are being built below the ground surface. In urban areas where space for telecommunications cable is limited, it needs to be used more efficiently. In underground installation, the conduit provides protection from both physical and environmental abuse. The conduit protects cable from shifting rock ...

concrete pipe/pipe section

Explanation:
"Betonske cijevi se ugrauju kao blok (poznate pod nazivom blokovice) sa 1 2 3 ili 4 cijevi unutranjeg promjera 100 mm i duine 1 m. Plastine cijevi imaju vanjski promjer 110 mm a duinu 6 ili 12 m."

"Directly behind the excavator, 161 steel-reinforced concrete pipe sections were laid to form the tunnel. Each section is 3.4 metres in diameter, 4 metres long, and 30 cm thick. Inside, two district heating pipes, one natural gas line and a conduit with space for six 110-Kilovolt power transmission and fibre-optic cables have all been embedded in 1,300 cubic metres of Powercrete, a patented, highly heat conductive specialty concrete from Heidelberger Beton. It's high thermal conductivity allows heat to be conducted away from the power lines, efficiently reducing transmission temperatures, thereby increasing the efficiency of the cables."

disagree  Daryo: a dug tunnel "Each section is **3.4 metres in diameter**, **4 metres long**, and 30 cm thick" etc vs "1 2 3 ili 4 cijevi unutranjeg promjera **100 mm** i **duljine 1 m**". This text about s.t. entirely else. CL5 is wildly overoptimistic.
