Context:
The study of an effect of phytase enzyme on growth performance in pacific white shrimp, giant tiger prawn and asian seabass was conducted in 6 treatment with 3 replication each. Asian seabass with initial weight 5 g. are stocked in fish fiber tank (100 liter.) with 20 fish/replication. Feeds were given in 4 rations daily for 16 weeks period. formulae 1 (0%) phytase enzyme (control). Formulae 2-5 were supplemented phytase enzyme at 4 levels 500, 1000, 2000 and 4000 FTU/Kg respectively and formulae 6 based on commercially feed for seabass. Result shown that the treatment with 4000 FTU/Kg phytase enzyme were highest in weight gain significant different with control and other treatments.
