GP Explanation: As Barend has also explained, HA = huisarts, so GP in English. DA is probably the 'doktersassistente' (https://huisartsgeneeskunde-umcg.nl/node/9763: 'Eén van de belangrijke taken van de doktersassistente (d.a.) is die van triagist'). 'Subjectief' would refer to the medical complaint as reported by the patient to the GP: 'Een vrouw vertelt aan haar huisarts tijdens verschillende consulten dat zij door haar man is mishandeld. De huisarts schrijft dat onder de dossierregel ‘subjectief’. Bij ‘objectief’ doet hij verslag van het zichtbare letsel.' (https://www.medischcontact.nl/kennis-carriere/tuchtrecht/tuc... 'Subjectief DA' & 'Subjectief HA': https://tuchtrecht.overheid.nl/ECLI_NL_TGZRZWO_2014_29 -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 39 mins (2022-08-26 13:09:06 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Glad to be of help :) For 'Subjectief HA', you could say 'As reported by patient to GP' or simply 'Patient report to GP' |
