neutral  philgoddard: This is OK, but "the provisions of" is redundant. If you take it out, the meaning is exactly the same.

  -> That may well be, but as this link states https://www.proz.com/kudoz/spanish-to-english/law-general/68... it is generally translated; omitting something for omission sake is not the norm.
