wife of X with the regime of separation of matrimonial property
... or some such formula.
It's not optional to spell out the fact what exactly the property it is which is "separate". Unless you put it in context, however much of a mouthful this is for a 3-letter acronym, you'll confuse more than enlighten.

separation as to property
"La séparation de biens est un régime matrimonial et un régime d'union civile."
https://www.justice.gouv.qc.ca/couple-et-famille/mariage-uni...
"Separation as to property is both a matrimonial regime and a civil union regime. It must be recorded in a contract made before a notary."

"Under separation of property" works too.
"Generally, couples marry into some form of community of property by default, or instead contract out under separation of property or some other regime through a prenuptial agreement passed before a civil-law notary or other public officer solemnizing the marriage. Many civil law jurisdictions also have other established systems of dividing property, such as separation of property and the participation regime that spouses can decide to adopt."

Jennifer Levey
: Asker gave enough context to enable us to focus on the legislation of Switzerland rather than Quebec.//Note also that your Wiki ref. is misleading with regard to the regimes recognised under Swiss law.

Under separation of property is in my answer too. And I added it before you answered. Besides, the asker was mostly looking for a hint as to the meaning of the abbreviation. / The asker was not asking for a lecture on matrimonial regimes in Switzerland.

: Yes, but the English version of the Swiss Civil Code is not "official" as English is not an official language of Switzerland; look at the rider on the site

: Allegro is right. This is just one translator's opinion, not the edict of the Swiss government.
