Spanish term or phrase: Picarne
Trying to come up with something that combines the idea of spicy with the idea of a beef skewer. Any ideas?
Cheers!

Picarne
Pintxo de solomillo de ternera marinada con chimichurri, crema de setas, salteado de cebolla dulce y toques de pimientos “alegrías riojanas”

Hot shish
Skewer of marinated beef sirloin with chimichurri, mushroom cream, sautéed sweet onion and a touch of spicy alegría riojana peppers

English translation:leave it in Spanish
Explanation:
This is either a menu item or a ready meal, and there's no need to translate it. The buyer just needs to know what it's called and what it contains. They won't get the wordplay unless they speak Spanish, but that doesn't matter.

Also, translation would take away the exotic, foreign-sounding nature of the dish.

Spicy beef kebab

Explanation:
This seems to be a made-up word in Spanish, so my approach would be to get the meaning across, but keep the English equivalent short and to the point.

neutral  Juan Jacob: No veo relación alguna entre un pintxo y un kebab. Y claro "pica" y "carne". Astucioso.

opciones que se me ocurren combinando los dos conceptos

las silabas no coinciden en nada salvo en hot y tender, se puede poner con dos tes porque en inglés eso es normal.

lo ideal sería que la silabas coincidieran

existe piquant pero la sílaba tampoco parece coincidir con la de los ingredientes
