Under the mutual agreement of the Parties Customer shall have the right at its own discretion to perform and carry out, either alone or through the engagement of a duly authorized by the Customer person to do so, any set of actions and measures in order to:

-authors (authors’ Accounts), as well as the Service and Access used to develop (create) and transfer of the respective Results of Intellectual Activity and Results of Creativity (including through any of the Tools using Access, Equipment, G Suite Account and Accounts) to the benefit of the Customer.
