Explanation:
From what I've seen, you can translate it as just 'valor indicativo' and then translate 'Enterprise Value' later as 'Valor de Empresa' and it would be perfectly understandable.

neutral  François Tardif: La traducción literal del verbo derive no es lo ideal en español. El mismo uso transitivo del verbo en inglés es extraño. Salvo en un uso matemático, se esperaría la preposición postpuesta from.
