When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.
How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:
An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)
A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

If the answer is so easy, then we have to wonder why the question is being asked in the first place. The second ProZ 'theory of the case = posición definida, base jurídica de la causa' web ref. suggests a partial evidentiary overlap and not on all 'fours' with the Argentinian definition, as expounded by the asker.
PS 'case theory' is not used Transatlantically and has no place in Anglo-.Irish law of evidence textbooks.
Otherwise, congrats on the categoric agrees with the first answer and informed comparison with the AmE 'law-of-the-case doctrine' (when a court decides upon a rule of law, that decision should continue to govern the same issues in subsequent stages in the same case.)

law-of-the-case *doctrine* ....
La teoría del caso, producto exclusivo del trabajo del abogado, es la idea básica o central y subyacente a toda nuestra presentación en una negociación o en juicio, que explica de forma creíble la teoría legal aplicable y los hechos de la causa...
Weight of evidence is the believability or persuasiveness of evidence in probative value, not the quantity or amount of evidence.

: Nothing to do with rules or doctrines. It's part of the parties' submissions.
