Spanish term or phrase: OD
Hi everyone! Working on a clinical trial med report for a specific patient with leukemia (CML).

I can't figure out "OD" in this context:
No se observa eosinofilia ni basofilia. Linfocitos relativamente aumentados de morfología madura inespecífica. Plasmocitosis. Eritropoyesis conservada. Trombopoyesis disminuida. OD. Muestra de médula ósea hipoplásica. Se recomienda correlacionar
con cilindro óseo.

Obviously it can't be any of the common things for this abbreviation, like "orientación diagnóstica", and I don't think it's "osteodisplasia", but I could be wrong.

Any help is appreciated!

Explanation:
Lo que sigue a OD parece ser, efectivamente, la conclusión u orientación diagnóstica del informe ("Muestra de médula ósea hipoplásica").

Explanation:
OD = orientación diagnóstica?
I am wondering if what follows OD (Muestra de médula ósea hipoplásica. Se recomienda correlacionar con cilindro óseo.) are diagnostics

I meant to finish my answer with "...are diagnostic proposals."

Did you look here? They will probably have many possible expansions of OD, one of which could fit your context.

Here is the entry in Cosnautas that corresponds to what our two colleagues are suggesting:

13 orientación (u opinión) diagnóstica {→ JD 4}

(I'm not saying that I'm entirely sure this is what it means here, given the sentence that follows.)

Note to reference poster
Asker: Hi Joseph, thanks for your suggestion. Yes, I did look and none of the entries in the abbreviations dictionary make sense in my context. The only one that could even remotely make sense would be "osteodistrofia", but it is my understanding that this is most often secondary to renal failure and I can't find a link to CML. But I am not a physician, so perhaps I'm missing something there (same thing with "osteodisplasia").
