agree  Luigi Argentino: Concordo non "in toto". Mi risulta molto plausibile materiale no "decalcificato". Un pò meno: "decalcificazione" in toto. In genere in istologia si parla di "DEColorazione" parziale o in toto. Sarebbe tuttavia diabolico un doppio significato di "DEC"
