The Tenancy Deposit Schemes (Scotland) Regulations 2011

The Scottish Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 121(1) and 191(2) of the Housing (Scotland) Act 2006(1), and all other powers enabling them to do so.

In accordance with section 191(5) of that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by the Scottish Parliament.

Na moje oko to chodzi tu o "paragraf 42 rozporządzenia" lub ogólnie "(tego) aktu prawnego". Przy założeniu, że przyjmujemy polską terminologię.

"Regulations" wygląda raczej na rozporządzenie wydane przez Rząd na podstawie upoważnienia zawartego w ustawie (the Housing (Scotland) Act 2006(1)).

Rozporządzenie jest aktem normatywnym o charakterze wykonawczym w stosunku do ustawy.

Dalej, na przykład w Polsce, podstawową jednostką redakcyjną rozporządzenia jest paragraf (§). Być może w innych krajach jest inaczej.
