If Distributor fails to make the payment for the Distribution Products as agreed, Distributor shall be obliged to pay a late performance penalty for each day of overdue according to XX% of the total amount of outstanding payment. If the delay is more than 30 days, Supplier may choose to terminate this Agreement at any time and require Distributor to pay the late performance penalty and the defaulted payment price altogether.
