Subjects, hours and grades: All the subjects
(asignaturas) taken within the period specified on the
transcript should be listed along with the number of
hours of instruction per week (intensidad horaria (IH),
horas semanales (HS) or intensidad horaria semanal
(IHS)). The final grades (notas, evaluación, valoración,
calificaciones or resultados) for each subject are indicated
either as descriptive grades (for example, aceptable) or
as numbers with the numerical value written out in
words as well (for example, 6.5 seis cinco). Comments
about the student’s behaviour (comportamiento) and
other observations (observaciones) can be included on
transcripts.
