Spanish term or phrase: Mantenimiento conductivo
Translating a document about the maintenance of various buildings and facilities and it refers to different types of maintenance, including "preventivo, correctivo, predictivo y conductivo". I'm struggling to find an English equivalent of "mantenimiento conductivo", and I'm not sure that "conductive maintenance" is an appropriate translation.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Perhaps closer to an MOT - Mnistry of Transport inspection for motor vehicles.

El mantenimiento conductivo engloba al conjunto de operaciones que pueden llevar a cabo los trabajadores de una fábrica y cuyo objetivo es el mantenimiento y cuidado de los equipos y las líneas de producción.

De esta forma comprueban periódicamente que todo está funcionando de manera apropiada. Por tanto, se puede considerar al mantenimiento conductivo como un elemento muy valioso dentro de otras técnicas de mantenimiento que también se aplican en la planta.

Las acciones propias del mantenimiento conductivo se realizan in situ o a través de un sistema centralizado. Desde una perspectiva temporal, su frecuencia puede variar desde una o varias veces por turno, una vez al día o a la semana, etc.
