Explanation:
Devolvere significa "trasferire ad altri un diritto o un bene", quindi io penso che il senso sia che il team è cambiato, alcuni membri sono stati sostituiti con altre persone che lavorano in modo diverso da chi c'era prima.
Non mi convince il peggiorato, non ho trovato riscontro in rete.
