...sa na pewno w archiwum zapytań na Proz...zdaje się koszty odtworzeniowe, a to "authority" to rzeczywiście mogą być koszty oszacowane (narzucone) przez jakieś władze

Under no circumstances, and notwithstanding all other provisions of this Agreement, the WOLONG will not be responsible for any direct, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to the loss of profits, loss of profit use, loss of income, loss of production, loss or over-use of raw materials, plant shutdowns, capital costs, property damage, authority replacement costs etc. In addition to this, the WOLONG shall not be responsible for the direct or indirect losses that may arise in connection to the utilization.
