Text about Asthma
It is a question about the triggers of asthma symptoms. I have an english text where these triggers are separated in **inciters** (like exercise, cigarette smoke, change in air temparature, laughing) they only cause tightening of the airways for s short time.
More severe are the **inducers** (diesel exhaust, household sprays, sawdust and so on), they increase the underlying inflammation.
I don't have any idea of a translation of these two words except "leichte Auslöser" and "schwere Auslöser".

: Weiss nicht - "Lachen" z.B. würde ich eher als einen nur momentan wirksamen Auslöser betrachten.
