trademark infringement, unless you know exactly what they mean by تقليد

Trademark infringement is any violtion of trademark rights, but there are different kinds of violation.

Let us say that a company makes product A, which is sold under a trademark.

Then, if another company sells a product B as genuine product A and uses the product A registered trademark to mislead the buyers, that would be a counterfeiting case.

But if the offending party does not sell product B as genuine product A, but uses trademark elements that are not identical but similar enough to fool the undiscriminating buyer, then that is a case of trademark imitation.

Both fall under the category of trademark infringement
