ما جعلني أعتقد أن إجابة زاكس صحيحة هو ماورد قبل وبعد "فترة النفاذ" فهي تبدو بالفعل الموعد النهائي لتقديم العروض حيث أن فترة التنفيذ حسبما اعتقدت أنا غالبا ما ترد في تفاصيل المناقصة في كراسة الشروط أما الجملة أعلاه فهي تشير إلى معلومات عامة عن المناقصة

Actually what you're saying sounds more like "deadline", which I have as الموعد الأقصى. So I guess this is somehting else.

Tenders have a set period, during which bids are admitted and beyond which, they are rejected. I am not an expert but it sounds pretty logical.
