As applied to a property, this adjective means owned fully by a distinct party rather than owned communally. For example, a plot of land that consists of six parcels owned by three partners would not fit this description. But if the partners divide the property so that each of the three owns a distinct part of this property, then each portion would fit. This process of separating a share or shares from a pool is called الإفراز
