How would you translate this term into Dutch as opposed to 'frozen sample'?
I've been using 'vers monster' as opposed to 'ingevroren monster' so far, but I am at a loss for a translation for 'ambient shipment'.

monster op omgevingstemperatuur
If the context is like that I would use "monster op omgevingstemperatuur" and for ambient shipment "transport/vervoer op omgevingstemperatuur". But don't forget that "ambient sample" could also mean "monster van de omgevingslucht", for instance in the case of (toxic) gas.

: "monster op kamertemperatuur" is ook een mogelijkheid, maar omgevingstemperatuur is ook duidelijk.

Comment: "Thanks to all of you, esp. Jacqueline.
I've decided to go with 'op kamertemperatuur', just because I'm provided with very little space. "
Discussion
I guess 'ongekoeld', as advised in another thread, could also be used in this case, but I'm still interested in your opinions.
