Social security contributions must be paid by both employees (including foreign nationals) and employers. Foreign nationals from countries which have entered into totalisation agreement with China are exempted from Chinese social security contributions with regard to the provisions as set out in the relevant agreements. These contributions go towards:
• Pensions
• Medical insurance
• Work-related injury insurance (employer contribution only)
• Unemployment insurance
• Maternity insurance (employer contribution only)

würde ich es lösen.
Könnte auch evtl. in Richtung Vermögenswirksame Leistungen als Bausparvertrag gehen, weil an Gehalt/Arbeitgeber gekoppelt.
