English to Japanese Bus/Financial Insurance

Context:
Company X is self-insured for automobile insurance. Insurance cards are issued once a year and should be kept in the company vehicle at all times.

This sentence appears in a Company X human resources policy describing various rules about company vehicles.

There was an entry in the glossary that said 自己管理, and I saw something on ALC that said 自家（however this sounded like a private individual, not a company), but I wasn't sure if either term would apply in this case.
