anti two- block device (es una expresion Americana) significa:
" dispositivo de limite maximo de izado de gancho".

Tal como puede verse en el texto de abajo:

Los " dispositivos de limite maximo de izado de gancho" estan diseñados para prevenir que el bloque del gancho y/o la carga sean izados en exceso, hasta entrar en contacto con la punta de la pluma y esto haga que se estire/n tanto el/los cable/s de acero del izado hasta cortarse o desprenderse dichos cables, dejando caer la carga sobre algo o alguien......

En Europa tambien se lo conoce a este dispositivo como "Top Limit Switch for Hoisting" y en mucha menor medida como "Hoisting Limit Switch".

NOTA: Una aclaración técnica:En una grua hay, diferentes interruptores de final de carrera, diferentes interruptores de seguridad y las siglas "A2B" no indican nada en castellano para alguien que no sepa ingles técnico especializado en grúas.
