Oh by the way, some agencies and major clients insist on the translation "redemption", but know of no reasoned explanation for this. Nothing is redeemed (paid back).

franking debit
pretty much a guess; franking debits and credits usually apply to dividend distributions. I am not sure if it can apply here in a sale of assets.
