neutral Muriel Vasconcellos : Not there yet. As you say near the end, it's about the necrosis, not the hemorrhage. I'm guessing that it's coagulation necrosis.

I feel like in this context "em toalha" is meant to indicate the intensity of the fluid, but "spurting" seemed more appropriate for hemorrhaging. "
