Discussion
There is a MAG (Mercaptuacetyltriglycine) scan to assess renal function, but it would not make sense here. Although you might be rather thinking of a myelogram (where MAG might work as an unusual acronym), but with the info provided it does not seem to fit in either.
To me, the particular context sounds more like part of a regular neurological exam -a physical assessment of lower limb function in this case. But I confess I am at a loss as to how to read MAG here; I feel it has to be a reference to marcha (maybe [exploración general] de la marcha - marcha general? Walking function assessment?); it is the only thing that makes some sense to me here.
